Awful Design, Useless Pepper Grinder

This product was a complete disappointment. The design is clunky and frustrating, making it difficult to grind pepper without making a mess .One pro is that it is made with sturdy materials but that does not make up for the fact that it is basically useless. I expected better from a company that specializes in Home and Kitchen products. Save your money and look for another pepper grinder..
