The straps adjust but, only by about 2 inches. There is a decent amount of bra support and the pad is really thick. It is sewn in a pocket in the "shelf” part so it has to be rearranged after washing.Check yours when it arrives, i ordered 2 mediums at different times & got larges both times. I kept one., i think if i had received the medium it would have fit like i expected. I’m ok with the large though, because this is thin & stretchy and exposes every flaw!
