Pay attention to the image of the size chart. I've got 17" shoulders and the medium fit snug and proper. The quality seems really good for the price. I ended up returning mine because I didn't like the collar. If you like them to stand up all the time, then this is fine, however if you are like me and like to the option to have them down, then I would consider other alternatives. I got the dark red, and it is pretty sharp. I loved everything about this jacket except for the collar, and perhaps the lack of front chest pockets (but I knew that before I bought it.)
