Over the years I have purchased several of these. They are so incredibly soft and they have retained their softness the longest of any I have tried. I find myself putting on my jammies earlier and earlier each evening as the comfort is seriously so nice. I might fit in an XL (I'm a solid US 18) but I purchase the XXL for the roominess and like that the waist is not so loose that they fall down. I hope they always sell these. The comfort is life-changing, for me anyway.
