I bought this lighter in September. I had to charge it around three times in that first month. About a month after purchasing, the lighter stop holding a charge (thus rendering it useless) and multiple attempts to reach out to the brand's customer support have been unsuccessful. Unfortunately, it quit working just in time that I can no longer return it either.EDIT:: After posting this review, the brand FINALLY reached out to me and sent me a replacement product (they also followed up to ensure I received it).This replacement is going strong and sounds completely different + works great. so perhaps the first just happened to be a dud. I still do believe that the brand should have responded to my original customer service requests but am content with the final result.
