Not bad for the price.
Well it's really firm but I'm happy because I didn't have to deal with furniture salesmen anymore. The only difficult part in the whole assembling process was making sure you had the main part of the couch facing the right way. Which it seems that's where all the negative reviews came from. Other than that I like the storage space and the functionality of the couch.

- Product didn't come in the Gray color that was expected. Cushions are hard not very comfortable.
