Choking Hazard-the bell comes out

I ended up returning this product. Although my cats loved it right out of the package, I noticed that the bell just slides out of the "head" and then right out of the slit in the body. There is nothing securing the bell, and it's small so easy to choke on for kids or pets. Disappointing because it had the potential to be a great toy.
