After reading multiple reviews on done climbers, we selected the Zupapa Outdoor Geometric Done with 750 lbs weight limit and three year warranty. We purchased even though they had a delayed shipping date due to Covid. It arrived as expected nicely packaged with all necessary parts included. We had to wait a couple days to assemble the dome as we needed more hands. It took three adults to assemble easily and efficiently, however, you could of accomplished it with two people, it just would of taken considerably longer. Some of the blue poles were lacking the bend at the end which allow it to assemble easier (I forgot to take a picture of this), though it did go together anyways. We noticed immediately that a couple of the poles powder coating scratched to the metal during the assembly process, this leads me to believe it’s not a very durable coat and has me concerned about the potential for rust. A couple of the grips were scratched upon opening the package prior to assembling. Once assembled the kids were eager to get to climbing. Here’s the part that disappoints me the most, within 10 minutes of them hanging and climbing on the dome one of the blue poles bent (pictured). Clearly a weak spot as this should not of happened. I have emailed the seller about this matter. I will update with their response once I hear back. For a few positives, the assembly instructions are easy to understand and follow and we like how the grips attach at the connections. Overall, I am disappointed in the Fact the coating has been scratched so easily and a pole bent almost immediately as we paid $299 for this Zupapa Dome Climber and it was a process to assemble it. Our youngest is devastated as this was a gift for her and she was only able to play on it for a matter of minutes before it already bent.
