I was very much looking forward to using this product for a formal event, but it arrived with one of the clips damaged. There was no paperwork included on how to return the item for replacement. I was very happy with the product had it been undamaged. How can I return it with no paperwork received? My order is needed within 2 weeks and one of the clips is broken. Please send instructions ASAP!
