run extremely small
Love the size of the padding, I have another pair that the padding is thicker. These seem a little more natural, and give just enough roundness. My butt is flat, and I feel so confident wearing these. The only thing to keep in mind is to get two sizes bigger then what you normally wear. These run extremely small!

- Not comfortable because they don't sit at the waist. Way too low to be comfortable
