UPDATE:Merchant followed up with a refund and customer service was excellent. Although product failed for quality, their customer service was very very good by issuing an immediate refund to make sure the customer was happy, no complaints about their customer service here.Good use until the very first wash. Threads are coming undone on the corner and now it's a waiting game until towel is useless. Not sure what the second wash will do to this towel but based on only one wash I'm sure the towel will be done. Terrible quality, don't bother.
