Pulse sensor - more or less, in the pool it sometimes overestimates, but this is not critical, since I use another pulse sensor as the main one. When running, it also overestimates, but quite a bit within 5, most often no more than 2-3. The strap is comfortable. Mobile app (MovesCount iOS) is crooked, loses more workouts, than SuuntoLink, I try not to use it for upload. Movescount integrates with Strava (for running - OK, for swimming - very crooked, but here it’s more likely that the trouble is not integration, but simply the presentation of the training), with Preva (there is a doubling of the workout here and there, you have to delete extra hands). Calculating the time needed for recovery - it seems that only for completely beginners, I "froze" in the region of 120 hours (I believe that this maximum).
