Easy and effective, but not durable over time
I loved this so much because it was effective and easy to use. I was so disappointed when it randomly exploded one day in the microwave, releasing a million beads.
- This is a great product. Use it for my neck and shoulder stiffness and it is very soothing.
- The heat may not be evenly distributed throughout the wrap, causing hot spots that are uncomfortable or even painful
