Scratches easily - my new review
Looks very pretty but scratches easily. We had to purchase a separate arm extension for the shower head because the one that came with it was defective and customer service never responded to my email. Our Plummer had to also tinker with the hand held part because the connection was leaking. One of the silicone tips from the shower head also shoots out very rough and weird. I would say get a different brand and read reviews carefully.
