Color of bottom edging doesn't match

I bought the four pack of the navy blue valances. The bottom edgings do not match the color of the valances at all. The valance is indeed navy blue but the edging is royal blue. The pictures and description in the listing do not show a contrasting edge. The weight of the material is blackout thickness. The value for the amount of money spent would have been okay if the color matched.

Love the scalloped edge, color and fabric. Just what I wanted. Very satisfied.

The stone blue color may not match everyone's decor
