Not Worth the Money Spent
This leash is poorly made. The buckle is flimsy and broke after only a few uses.It also leaves a rash on my cat's neck. The only pro is that it is adjustable. I would suggest looking for other pet supplies for Halloween costumes..

- May leave residue on surfaces after removal
