Confusing straps: my feedback

The straps were very difficult for me to understand.I had to watch the video multiple times in order to understand how to wrap them. I have found that the brace works better for me without using the straps, and I think I will just cut them off. The brace is excellent, and has a non irritating rubberized inside to prevent the brace from sliding out of place. I've tried other braces, and this one is the best. Very comfortable to wear and very supportive.
