Absolutely worth the money.I have plantar fasciitis, and walking for more than 3+ miles leaves me in significant pain, but I haven't had any issues or pain since using these inserts, even when jogging/running. I am still using the same pair of inserts I've had for the last 3 years and it still looks and works great; my pair before this lasted over 5 years before I needed to trade up to a larger size. This review is for the purchase of two additional sets of inserts so that I can have them in multiple pairs of shoes.I've also tried similarly priced Dr. Scholls inserts (three different types) and other brands that have all worn out within 6 months, and experienced less arch support and more pain while using them. To be fair, I haven't tried out the Dr. Scholls Custom Fit type, but that's also double the cost of these Spenco inserts.
