It's kind of funny - I got two pairs of these: one a women's 6 and one a men's 28. The 28 fits like perfection but the women's 6 is more like a large 8. Generally a 28 and a 6 are the same size so I was really surprised at the difference in the sizes. I think I'm going to have to trade the 6 for a 4 (though that's kind of scary since I never wear a 4 ) But other than that, they're great pants. They have lots of pockets and are sturdy so I don't have to worry about wearing them out soon. I work with animals so my clothes take a beating, but these look like they can hold up to the challenge. I live in the desert so I do wish they made a lighter weight version of these for the summer. Aside from the size, these are excellent pants.
