I wanted a cute slip that had some lace on the bottom so that when I wear a few of my dresses (which have shrunk and are too short for me), the lace will add length AND be a cute, girlie addition to my outfit. I've tried a couple of other slips but they were polyester, or were like a pencil skirt (snug around my butt and hips) or the top elastic rolled on my waist and I was constantly having to adjust it under my dress.The good news! This slip has a darling bottom edge, it's 100% cotton (love that) and slightly gathered at the waist, just enough to be loose and very comfortable. It also has a waistband that does not roll -- it stays in place and I love that!
