Based on our own experience, this cutting board is perfect for cheese and other cutting tasks .The bamboo is durable and eco-friendly, and the unique engraving design is a great conversation starter at any party. However, the size is a bit small for LARGER cutting needs. overall, we highly recommend this cutting board for any cheese lover!
