An ultrasonic emitter is built into it, hence the price. Anyone who has used an ultrasonic bath will understand me. A new level of brushing. If I had had it twenty years ago, I would have had more of my teeth. I am delighted, I recommend. Don't be fooled by cheap sonic brushes. They clean better than just by hand, but worse than ultrasound, although they promise 30-40 kilohertz oscillations. Although I used it for two years, I abandoned this immediately after I tried ultrasonic cleaning. It is incomparably more pleasant and effective.
