This is the best yoga towel I’ve used for hot yoga. I practice Bikram and hot vinyasa. It does not slip and my hands and feet stay put on the towel without sliding. I sweat a LOT, and the towel is just as absorbent or more than my other towels. The only reason I did not give the full five stars is because it is not quite long enough for the corner holders to tuck under my mat. I have a 72” Manduka Pro, and the towel is the exact same size as the mat. It would need to be just a bit longer/wider for the corners to hold. It would be a great feature if it worked, but I still love the fact that I don’t have to dampen the towel before I practice and I still get a great grip.
