These boot stretchers did the job well. I have 4E wide feet so finding shoes and especially boots in my width is nearly impossible. I have two pairs of Allen Edmonds boots that are 3E and I was able to stretch them closer to a 4E. The nicest part of this item is the metal pressure point pads. If you have areas of your feet that need more relief, include those while stretching. I didn’t use any sprays to help, I just left them in for 24 hours. When putting the stretcher in your shoes/boots, make sure you fully push them down to slide all the way forward. After that, start cranking and keep downward pressure. The first time you might have some issues, but once you figure it out, they work like a charm. Buy two!
