Great for sensitive ears

I had a bump on the front and back of my cartilage piercing and this flat back was the only one that got rid of it because the other earrings I had been using would get irritated when I slept on it. This helped it heal.

They are nice and comfy but they unscrew too easy and I've lost a screw just talking.

These are not titanium plated as described.
