As a result of my tests, I determined that the level of compression provides great support and reduces muscle soreness. The fabric is breathable and comfortable making it perfect for both sports and outdoors activities .The only downside is that the sizing runs a bit small, so make sure to refer to the sizing chart before purchasing. Overall, i highly recommend this baselayer to anyone looking for quality compression wear!
