We got this system because it was the only one that listed Alexa integration. They have a very loose definition of "integration." Imagine duct taping an Walmart Echo Dot to a pretty good quality cordless phone system.On the plus side, as cordless phones go, this is a very good one. The sound quality is great and the features are on par with any such phones.I was expecting MUCH more from the Alexa integration. In a nutshell, they added an Alexa button to each hand unit, which allows you to use each as an Alexa device.What's striking is the number of things that Alexa cannot do.Want to hear your messages? Nope.Want Alexa to announce who is calling? No.Want Alexa to send an incoming call to voicemail or just hang up? Can't do that either.How about changing any of the phone settings? Nah.Sync contacts? Kind of. Once. During the initial configuration.Just a missed opportunity.
