Excellent customer service
I was missing the middle fin which is important for stability and their customer service was fast to respond and send me the missing fin. Shipment was fast as well, only waited a few days. Pumping up and deflating the paddle board was a breeze. Used it a couple times so far and it's holding up on its own. I bought the protection so will see how many years it would last!
