For me they fit true to size. I’m an 8 normally and purchased an 8 and they fit well. Velcro is easy, and they’re comfortable. The reason for the 3 stars is because the plastic part of the cleats didn’t fit my Peloton (I even had a peloton tech come out to fix my pedals because I thought it was the bike not the shoes). I could force them in but it was hard and noticed the plastic from the shoe was coming off on my pedals. I ended up having to buy another set of cleats which is a bummer considering the price of the shoes. The new cleats work great now. Just wish I didn’t have to spend that much for them to work or I’d have just gotten the Peloton shoes to begin with.
