They feel pretty well made and work well but lack a bit in the overall design. The adjustable straps on mine are very hard to adjust. Gyms and professional trainers should probably try to stick to real leather models by more reputable brands like Everlast, RDX, and more, but expect to spend around $100 for a pair. I've had a pair of $45 Outshock 100 curved boxing mitts before these and they were much more comfortable. They also had much more mesh on the back of the glove which improves airflow and reduced sweaty hands. They seemed to be the best value around the $50 budget.
