Very simple assembly.
Bought as a gift for my mother. It's got good back support for being mesh. Assembly was quick and easy and the chair seems sturdy. The only thing somewhat negative is the length of the arms. It would be nice if they were a little longer but it is not a huge issue. Very good value for the price.
