Pedal is broken but we’re a few weeks outside of the return window
The concept of this set is great for our spin bike, allowing my husband and I to ride with different cleat systems. However, I did one ride after receiving the pedals, and the cleat tension was very loose. I spent the summer riding my outdoor bike, and one rainy day I tried to tighten the tension to ride the spin bike indoors. However, it won’t tighten and my cleat actually won’t even stay clipped in now. Unfortunately, Revain says I’m outside of the return window by a few weeks, and I don’t know how to contact the seller.
- Pedals are perfect on my Norditrack s22i.
- Increases the weight of the bike, making it harder to transport
