Excellent Choice in my review
Excellent mat that provides a relatively no slip experience. The mat doesnt slide on its own, and I dont find myself sliding on it doing some exercises (though with socks, it is sometimes a bit of a challenge after use).Excellent choice for mats.
- Affordable and worth its price, considering its quality and durability
- Not ideal for practicing on hardwood floors
