Shipped fast with Prime and arrived as promised.This is a great shower head.plenty of pressure and settings that actually change the feel of the water flow. Most shower heads that are "adjustable" are really hard to adjust and don't seem to make much difference as you dial thru the settings IMHO.Vendor shipped with an extra rubber gasket and a small roll of Teflon tape, so I didn't even have to go scrounge thru the basement shelves to find mine! Installed in about 90 seconds and we were good to go.Those complaining about a crack in the fitting.I would almost guarantee they tightened the shower head to much. Finger tight is all you need, and too much would certainly break the threaded connector. Just be careful not to turn to hard, and you'll be fine.
