Excellent product and customer service.Out of the box: Everything you need is in the box. Screwdriver to adjust windage and elevation, Allen wrench to install the 1 inch riser (included) and then the red dot and riser to your weapon, 2 batteries (1 is extra), cleaning cloth, and instructions. Packages securely with main box inside of a shipping box.Installation: Easy screw off cap on top of red dot adjustment. Then I installed the 1 inch riser.Red dot: Tested on all settings. Worked great first time. Dot is bright and crisp. Pointed the lens to the sky about noon. Could see the dot clearly on all settings against the blue sky.Installed on weapon and she is ready for the rangeCustomer Service: Feyachi has some of the best CS I have had to deal with. They dont haggle, they just address whatever your issue is, to make the consumer satisfied. THAT is what makes or breaks a company for me. Feyachi has me for life!
