Not a cure-all for those who can't sleep--- but definitely helps a lot!
My husband has used this for a couple weeks and I think he is sleeping much better. He still has a few 'can't sleep' hours some nights, but overall, I think the blanket is doing a good job of aiding his sleep.
- Haven't used it yet but it appears to be of good quality.
- It may cause discomfort or pressure on certain parts of the body such as the neck or shoulders
