I love these for baking/ cooking. I use them to roast veggies or make cookies and it’s so easy to remove and toss after. They keep your pan clean - or at least mostly clean - a quick rinse might still be needed. Also I will cut them down to size to use in loaf pans or 8x8 pans when I’m baking. They fit perfectly sideways in a 9x13 pan for easily lifting out a dessert. Very worth having if you cook or bake a lot!
