Let's start at the top gold plated plastic ball. The pulley housing is Grey plastic with a pin for the plastic pulley wheel held in place by one gold set screw. Nice rope that anchors to a thin metal rope winder. Top section of silvery gray aluminum is not commercial or heavy duty not much stress coming from the lightest flag ever I thought it was paper. The 2 middle sections are of same tubing as the first only rely on a tube in the middle for stiffness. These sections go in a pvc sleeve cemented in the ground. Manufacturers recommend disassemble in high winds. Would be surprised if it made the warranty period between wind and uv assaulted elements degradation of the plastic. I know that this is a harsh review but it is absolutely the truth. Beware or have low expectations from other reviews I expected better quality.
