Great customer service
When the foam seat arrived, I was amazed on how large the foam expanded. I broke up the compacted lumps of foam to help it rise better and to give it more volume but once I waited several days the seat was still not firm enough. I called CordaRoy’s customer service and they sent me a promo code the next business day for an extra bag of foam to fill the seat. I am happy to say that their customer service was very quick and accommodating. The seat is now firm and comfortable to sit in and not sagging to the floor.
