I've used BOSH, which is a toy compared to this one, and this is the best cordless vacuum cleaner I've ever used. While they didn't rule out using a wired vacuum for the bulk of their house cleaning, they acknowledged that a standard vacuum's suction power would be more effective. If you clean at full strength, however, the cordless vacuum's suction power holds up fairly well.
