I’m trying to delay a knee replacement for as long as I can. This product has good reviews so I measured according to instructions and ordered. The first week or so it was perfect then began to slide down requiring me to pull it back up several times a day. I emailed the company, got a response the same day, and had a replacement at no charge within a week. How can anyone top that. I also purchased another one in the correct size. I’ve purchased other brands and alternate occasionally, but this one is the one I use the most. Most days I will experience little or no pain unless I do something dumb. I can say without hesitation that I would recommend trying this product if you are having knee pain.
