After trying this product out in my restaurant, I was disappointed with the quality of the server book .The glitter accessory may be eye-catching but it does nothing to improve the durability or functionality of the book. The pages quickly came loose and the overall appearance was cheap. The only positive aspect was the inclusion of industrial and scientific tables, but that doesn`t excuse the rest of the problems. Overall i do not recommend this product for any food service equipment and supplies NEEDS..
