Decorations good for me

I bought these but didn’t hang them or make them Pom Pom what I did was open them half ways and stuck them on to a candy cart I did. They were easy to assemble and very pretty.

Плюсы

Super georgous but also super hard to assemble. Must be very patient & delicate.

Минусы

The pom poms are difficult to fluff
