As the gadget is functioning as intended and not contradicting the manufacturer's claims, it is impossible to say that it is broken. Therefore, this is not a valid warranty claim, because the product meets all applicable standards. A high-quality product can be returned within 14 days of purchase, as stated in the RFP.
