Not as good as a bandaid
Very small and thin. Stiff so does not lay nicely. Chapped my nipples after 1 day of wear b/c of the adhesive. So small that the center (void of adhesive for your nipple) was not large enough and let's say peeling that off S U C K E D and was painful. At the very least you'd need to soak them off. Large bandaids with the cotton area is better.
- I love love love these. I live in hot SWFL and these are a God send to wear on hot days!
