I bought these boots fall of 2021 and now it’s winter 2022. I wear these boots almost everyday at work (half desk job, half field work) took them on vacation, nice dinners, everywhere. Daily drivers, if you will. I have walked hundreds of miles in these boots and they are only just now starting to wear through the sole on the ball of my foot so I was so happy to get on revain for a replacement pair to see that they still sell them. They do tap when you walk, and I love that. So if you don’t like shoes that tap, these may not be for you. They are difficult to get on when they’re brand new, you have to bend the front side down to get your foot straight into the bed to break them in. They didn’t hurt to break in, I just had to stretch out the ankle part a tad more because I have big ankles (reason I can only wear ankle boots and not tall ones). But once I got them stretched, they’ve stayed my favorite and I’ll never look back!
