Since the chair was bought as a gift, I would like everything to work perfectly from the first time when we assembled the structure, we noticed that the mechanism for reclining the back does not work . They unscrewed it again to check it, tried to figure it out for two hours, the reclining handle just stuck , together they couldn’t raise it as much as possible to the limit (as it is written in the instructions), if you don’t raise it to this limit, the back will not recline.
