Arm was wobbly and unstable on one end. Return was fast and easy.
Unfortunately, one arm of the towel rack was too far away from the dowel rod that held the paper towel and it didn’t work. Also that same arm was wobbly although the other arm was stable. We took it apart to see if we could stabilise it. We did not materialise with success.I give a 3 because the return process was easy and hassle free although the item did not deliver as we had hoped.
- The shelf is a nice addition
- Wooden design may be less hygienic compared to smoother materials that can be easily wiped down
