This is not my typical style. I ordered it for my teenage daughter who likes oversized sweaters. But I will be keeping it for myself. :) I'm usually an XL in tops; I carry all my weight in belly rolls. I ordered this in a Large, but it works as long as I wear it open, which looks good. The model wears it buttoned like a blouse instead of a cardigan. The reasons for the 4 stars are small things that might not matter to most. 1. You HAVE to iron it before wear. It comes vacuum sealed so it has stubborn wrinkles. They include an ironing guide, which was nice. 2. I wouldn't choose this sweater to keep me warm. The detailing in the sleeves allows air through, so your arms won't be warm UNLESS you wear long sleeves underneath. I'm very hot-natured, so I actually like this. In the picture, I'm wearing it with a sleeveless dress to go to lunch on a 50-degree day, and it's perfect. I also threw it on over a t-shirt/leggings combo for a shopping trip, & I thought it worked well for that too. The material is not super soft (it's acrylic), but I found it comfortable. If you are looking for a "cozy" sweater, this might not be the best option. But if you like the style, this is great for the price point. The buttons are nice looking and seem good quality. I don't plan on wearing it buttoned, but I might if I had ordered my usual size (XL). I have a short torso and it hits me right at the hips. I'm 5'3" and around 190 pounds. The arms of the sweater are loose (as intended) but the wrist is fitted. I like the look that creates.
