I would give this product zero stars if I could, but in order to write a comment I had to give it a star. The product was well-packed in a plastic bag inside a small cardboard box inside a larger box. Despite all of this, one of the gel packs was leaking. The seams on the product are insubstantial and poorly glued (sealed). I have no doubt that the other packs would leak over time. A number of reviewers commented on the leaking problem but I decided to take a chance and buy the product. I didn't even get a chance to use the product to find out whether it would freeze well because the leaky pack had spread blue gel all over the other 4 packs in the baggie. Don't make the same mistake I did. Buy something else.
